We are looking for a dependable and hardworking mowing crew member to join our team. This position focuses primarily on commercial and residential lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general property maintenance to keep client properties looking professional and well-maintained. 


Responsibilities

• Operate commercial mowing equipment including zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, and blowers.
• Preform lawn mowing, trimming,and clean up services efficiently and safely. 
• Maintain clean and professional job sites. 
• Follow daily job schedules and work orders. 
• Load, unload, and maintain mowing equipment and trucks. 
• Identify and report equipment issues or property concerns to supervisor. 
• Work safely and follow company procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous zero-turn mowing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. 
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and preform physical labor daily. 
• Valid drivers license 
• Experience servicing Commercial properties is a plus. 
• Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team. 

Schedule 

• Seasonal position to start that may lead into a year-round position depending on company needs. 
• Up to 40 hour work weeks, weather dependent. 

Pay 

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.
• Base rate - $17/hr
