We are seeking a skilled and dependable Hardscape crew member to join our team. This position focuses on the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, drainage systems, outdoor living spaces, and other landscape construction projects for commercial and residential properties. 

Responsibilities

• Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, fire pits, and other hardscape features.
• Preform site preparation including excavation, grading, base installation, and compaction.
• Assist with drainage solutions including French drains, grading corrections, and erosion control. 
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, plate compactors, saws, and hand tools. 
• Read and follow project plans, layouts, and job specifications. 
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment. 
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company quality standards. 
• Identify and report equipment issues or job site concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous Hardscape and or Construction experience recommended but not required. 
• Experience with paver installation, retaining walls, excavation, and grading strongly preferred. 
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. 
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and preform physical labor daily. 
• Valid drivers license. 
• Equipment operation experience 
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. 

Schedule 

• Seasonal position to start that may lead into a year-round position depending on company needs. 
• Up to 40 hour work weeks, weather dependent. 

Pay 

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.
• Base rate - $17/hr
