We are looking for a reliable and motivated Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This position focuses on landscape installation, property enhancements, and general landscape maintenance for commercial and residential properties. 

Responsibilities

• Install mulch, stone, topsoil, plants, shrubs, and trees. 
• Preform bed preparation, edging, grading, and site cleanup.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as skid steers, excavators, dingos, power equipment, hand tools. 
• Preform pruning, trimming, weeding, and seasonal cleanups. 
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites. 
• Follow project plans, daily work orders, and supervisor instructions. 
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. 
• Identify, and report equipment issues or job site concerns. 

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred.
• Experience with grading, or equipment operations is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong worth ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to to lift 50+ pounds and preform physical labor daily. 
• Valid drivers licence.
• Ability to work independantly and as part of a team.

Schedule 

• Seasonal position to start that may lead into a year-round position depending on company needs. 
• Up to 40 hour work weeks, weather dependent. 

Pay 

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.
• Base rate - $17/hr
